The hotel offers amazingly big rooms, super spacious with great beds, and a proactive staff, like Calvin, who upgraded me to a family suite for the same price. Tracy, especially, was helpful and professional, even arranging shuttle bookings at budget prices. The location is very central, with vibrant shopping areas nearby. The dining options provided a mix of western and eastern choices but needing a slight upgrade. The facilities were good, though requiring small improvements.
